General purpose:
Fast-growing promotional product company seeking new Sales Team members. We are looking for an individual that can manage the promotional product sales cycle for existing clients with a goal of maximizing sales and increase sales revenue by winning new clients.
Qualifications:
· 2 + years of B2B sales experience
· 1+ year in Promotional Product industry (preferred but not required)
· 1 + year in prospecting/New Business Development role
· Ability to effectively communicate, especially on the phone/video conference calling and build and maintain a relationship with clients
· Outstanding written and oral presentation and communications skills
· Ability to present creative solutions that address the client’s challenges
· Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
· Ability to multi-task and work quickly under pressure
· Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines
· Strong belief in structure approach to selling that includes use of CRM technology to manage your daily routine with a proactive approach to customer’s needs
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
· Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus
· Highly competitive, self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
· Meet and exceed quarterly and annual gross profit margin goals
· Maintain a minimum of 50 qualified prospects in pipeline
· Prospecting (cold calls, online prospecting, face-to-face meetings)
· Maintain minimum 80% of client retention rate
· CRM activities and notes must be maintained and kept 100% up to date
· Managing accounts and increase sales and gross profit by:
o Building and maintaining positive relationship with clients
o Proactively identifying opportunities for sales
o Being the product & service expert
o Presenting creative product and service solutions
o Presenting cross-sale and up-sale ideas to clients
o Managing the order writing and client confirmation process
o Following up with the client post-delivery
· Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing outstanding service
· Contribute to market strategy by monitoring new products and client projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
